PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHER
I have been a Professional Photographer since 2003 and have a penchant for something different.
I love documentary type Wedding Photography.
It is great to be a part of people’s special moments in time but even more so for me as I get to produce an artistic record for the future.
My enthusiasm for taking photos began when my parents bought my first camera, ‘a Kodak Brownie’, on a day trip to Calais when I was just 10 years old.
The ability to capture a moment in time forever was a relishing thought, whether it was a loved one, a family pet or a memorable place, the concept was truly fascinating.
This keen interest in photography continued through school where I learnt to develop and print my own black and white and colour pictures, and then in more recent years into the digital era. This is when photography really opened up a world of endless possibilities.
HOBBY – ROCK SUPERSTAR!
A natural Creative, my hobbies include playing in my band Rock Buffet where I can really let my hair down! It’s a wig however these days! It’s great to have a night out with the boys.
I also used to be a Karaoke DJ in and around Derby. This is where most Derby people will recognise me from. This is where I developed my gregarious character and love of people and I still do the occasional venue just to keep my hand in.
FAMILY
I am a lucky guy too, as I have tremendous love and support from my amazing wife Leanne and fabulous kids. I love them all dearly.
